Course Description

In this course, learn Buddhist meditation techniques to experience the clear, peaceful nature of our own mind. Discover the scientific methods for enjoying true happiness by developing positive states of mind that help combat common day to day problems. This is a 4-week series.

These classes are ideally suited to those new to meditation. A different topic is taught every 3–4 weeks.

About the Teacher

Kelsang Lachpa is a New Zealand Buddhist monk and the Education Programme Coordinator for Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years. He is known for his heartfelt, light and inspiring teachings.
