About the Teacher
Kelsang Shechog is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. Shechog has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 15 years. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that is easily accessible and applicable to modern life.
