Whether in our personal life or at work, we often find our relationships with others give rise to many challenges that expose our anger, attachment, jealousy and expectations as well as feelings of resentment and unhappiness with ourselves and others. Explore how meditation has the power to profoundly improve and transform our relationships, both past and present. This is a 4-week series.

Kelsang Shechog

About the Teacher

Kelsang Shechog is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. Shechog has been practising and teaching Kadampa Buddhism for over 15 years. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that is easily accessible and applicable to modern life. Shechog is much loved for her gentle manner, kind heart and for showing an inspiring example for everyone on the spiritual path.
