Course Description

Meditation is a simple yet effective tool to change our mind from negative to positive. In these classes learn the essential tools to become an effective meditator, and how to overcome obstacles to meditation. This is a 4-week series.

Tuesdays, 12pm–1pm
(available to purchase and view anytime until one week after the end of the course – Tue 2 Mar, 1pm)

These classes are ideally suited to those new to meditation. A different topic is taught every 3–4 weeks.

About the Teacher

Kelsang Lachpa is a New Zealand Buddhist monk and the Education Programme Coordinator for Kadampa Meditation Centre Wellington. He has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for many years. He is known for his heartfelt, light and inspiring teachings.
